^^If you happen to like a tee shirt and there's 2 sizes that you can choose from, we recommend you to order the smaller size due to the nature of our t shirts, they are slightly broader / wider in chest length.

All purchases / order confirmation email will be sent to you within 48hours.

It will indicate the items ordered / Pre-ordered, and the total amount required for payment.
In the Order Confirmation Email, we will provide the necessary bank account no. for payment to be made.

Please remember to choose your payment mode accurately, i.e. the choice of your bank for transfer, so that we can give you the correct account number for transfer.

Once payment has been done, customers need to send us an email(sim.plism@yahoo.com.sg) to inform us of your transaction reference, so that we can check and confirm your payment has been received.

Please note additional charges apply to registered mailing. Thank you.

*Our promise of delivery within 48 hours apply only to in-stock items, and only after full payment has been made.
There is no guarantee of 48 hours delivery if payment was not received on time.

Product of Goods (Must Know)

All our goods will serve their intended functions.
Based on t-shirt supplier's best knowledge, all T-shirts are of 100% Pre-shrunk material,
as long as proper washing care is taken, t shirt can be kept in good shape.
Colors of products may differ slightly due to the different color resolution of individual computers.
Due to the fabric’s elasticity, measurements made might have comfortable variables of +/- 2cm.
SIMPLISM cannot guarantee that the measurements provided will fit you to the exact.

Prices

All our prices are Nett.
Postage & any delivery charges are excluded.

Delivery Services

Delivery can be done by normal mailing, registered mailing or through meet up.
Delivery through meet up is subject to our availability.

Postage & Delivery by Hand Charges

Postage Charge is to be borne by Buyer.
Local Mail Postage: S$1.00 to S$2.50
An additional S$2.50 to be added on top of normal postage rates for mailing via Registered Article.
For normal postage, we’ll not be responsible for items lost in the mail.
Delivery through Meet Up: S$2.00
As all designs are pre-order (unless in-stocks), items will only be mailed within 2-4 weeks once pre-orders for the item closes.
Once items are mailed out, we will send a notification email.

Payment Processing

We accept Bank Fund Transfer for either POSB / UOB.
We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.
Payment must be done WITHIN 2 DAYS upon receipt of the Order Confirmation Email.

Cancellation of Orders

We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
We reserve the right to cancel the orders without prior notice should payment is not received WITHIN 2 DAYS.

Exchange & Refunds

No Refunds / Cancellations / Exchanges will be entertained once payment has been made & items sent.
All goods sold are Non-Refundable.

Exchange Policies

Exchange is only permitted if item is defective after checking once received.
Exchange is to be made within 3 days after receipt of the product, and must be in its original condition;
not washed,worn or treated in any way.

Pre-Order

Pre-order items are only valid upon full payment.
Please be patient and allow approximate 3 weeks - a month for pre orders goods to be ready.
To shorten the process, please help by making the full payment within 2 days upon receipt of the Order Confirmation Email.
A notification email will be sent once item is mailed out.
In the event you decide to cancel your order after we had confirmed your item,
the full amount paid will be forfeited.
